I Fished Westport on the Halibut opener aboard the Relentless boat alongside Dave Bee, Steve Ng and Mark and Jacob. We fished in a few different locations on super great water and the best weather I have seen on the ocean. We ended up getting all of our halibut- most of our lings and rock fish, no size to the Halibut with the biggest being 35lbs. a few nice lings and a huge Black cod. We had a great day. this trip opened up my eyes wide on how much of a man, I am not!. These guys fish like this every weekend, getting home at early hours in the morning then soon rising again to head to work. I am not that strong apparently, and I need more than 3 hours a sleep for two days... so next time if fish with these guy I will wear my big boy pants or take Monday off..
